Vibrational Yoga

The most important pieces of equipment you need for doing vibrational yoga are your body, your mind, and your voice. It is thought that we have a fundamental root sound and when we get in touch with that frequency, we become more in tune with the heart of ourselves, and our own inner voice. Vibrational yoga combines resonating this sound with gentle yoga stretches to help remove blocks in the physical and energetic bodies. This can help you open to new opportunities, improved health and well being.

          It has been proven that when someone releases tension and relaxes, their immune system benefits. When the chakras are balanced, and the body is in alignment, we feel wonderful. Each sequence of a Vibrational Yoga routine helps to connect you to a deeper part of yourself. This allows you to experience the core sound of your being, helping bring you into greater harmony of mind, body & spirit. Practicing Vibrational Yoga opens one to the core of their being, strengthens the body, and brings one closer to spirit.
